If you were to laugh to scorn all independent assessments by experts that Saddam neither had weapons or weapon capability and say that he himself was the biggest weapon of mass destruction, still the facts would argue that he was manufactured by the Pentagon! Privatization of War: Nothing is more symbolic of the privatization of war and the unbriddled exultation of war profiteerig than the rise of Blacwater USA an American private security contractor founded by former Navy Seal Erik Prince and Al Clark.
